The agreement between Vantage Proof and the businesses that use it.

Vantage Proof provides this wording as a convenience. It has not been reviewed for your state, trade, or contract terms. Business owners should have an attorney review it before relying on it.
1.The service
Vantage Proof is a software service that lets contractors upload before-and-after job photos, organize them into paired proof of work, generate written summaries and captions with the help of AI, and share the result with clients through a link or a public portfolio page. Features may change, improve, or be retired over time.
2.Accounts and your responsibilities
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including work performed by employees or subcontractors you give access to. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
3.Acceptable use
You agree to upload only photos you captured or otherwise have the right to use, and to obtain any permission required from property owners or clients before publishing photos publicly. Do not use the service to upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content, to misrepresent work you did not perform, to attempt to breach or overload the platform, or to resell access without our written agreement.
4.Free trial
New accounts include a free trial period; the current length and terms are shown at signup. Trials are intended for evaluation, are limited to one per business, and may be modified or discontinued for future signups. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your account converts to a paid subscription at the rate presented at signup.
5.Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues through the end of the period already paid for. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Prices may change with advance notice.
6.Your photos and content
You retain full ownership of the photos, notes, and other content you upload. By using the service you grant Vantage Proof a limited license to store, process, resize, and display that content solely to operate the features you have chosen — including generating AI summaries and rendering the proof links and portfolio pages you publish. We do not sell your content or use it for advertising.
7.AI-generated text
Summaries, captions, and work notes are generated by an AI model and may contain errors. They are drafts for your review. You are responsible for checking any text before sending it to a client or publishing it, particularly claims about compliance, inspection, warranty, or certification.
8.Availability and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that data will never be lost, and we recommend keeping your own copies of important photos. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vantage Proof is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
9.Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, creates risk or legal exposure, or has an unresolved payment failure. After termination we may delete your stored content following a reasonable retention window described in our Privacy Policy.
10.Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email, and continued use after the effective date means you accept them. Questions about these terms can be sent to the support address listed in your account.
